Q: How much are your balloons?
A: We have balloons for every occasion and prices go from 50p up contact us for a free quotation for your decoration needs.
Q: Do you charge for delivery and set up?
A: Delivery in Southampton on orders over £150 are free there is a small delivery charge (£5-£10) for Portsmouth, Bournemouth, Winchester, Basingstoke and the rest of Hampshire we can also offer decorations throughout the UK.
Q: Can you match the balloon colours to our flowers, dress, venue etc?
A: In most case we can achieve an exact match by using our knowledge of the variety of balloon colours and a technique called double stuffing a balloon.
Q: Can you meet us at the venue to discuss our decorations?
A Yes we can and what’s more we prefer to meet at the venue so we can discuss exactly where you want the decorations and what impression you would like to achive. We can also offer you some suggestions and advice on what we can offer you and what will look good. Best of all we do not charge for this service.
Q: How far in advance should I book you?
A: As far in advance as possible is the best advice we can give to allow plenty of time to meet and discuss your needs and what you would like to achieve with your decorations and special effects. And to avoided us being booked up for your date we currently have bookings for 2008 and 2009.
Q: What’s a special effect?
A: We offer a few types of special effects the first being a balloon explosion drop we can use these for a first dance, venue opening or any other celebration using a 3 feet balloon or larger stuffed with 5 inch balloons (100 or more) and flutter fetti and at the touch of a button bang the balloon explodes showering the couple, gests or customers with 5 inch balloons and flutter fetti.
We can also provide a balloon explosion release same as before only the balloons float to the ceiling. and in two hours time they start to float gently back down to the ground. This effect is one of our most liked effects it truly is magical when the balloons start to slowly float back down to the ground.
We also provide confetti cannons hidden in a decoration your gests will be nun the wiser of what will happen during your first dance or grand opening at the touch of a button the bride and groom and or gests can be showered with flutter fetti.
Q: We are not allowed helium balloons can you help?
A: yes we can there are lots of air filled decorations we can offer you please contact us for more information.
Q: Can you design us a unique decoration, entrance etc?
A: Yes we can, We understand that not every one wants the same decorations, there’s nothing we love more then meeting a couple at there venue and designing them a unique decoration we are currently working on an exploding balloon flower and an exploding cloud nine.
